Life Is Strange

I am perplexed because today we'll have near record warmth

I'm perplexed because today we'll have near record warmth. I can feel it in the morning air. In fact, I could feel it last night when I slept with the screen door open. The night before, I had to sleep with the heat on. Life is Strange.

The days are counting down to the release of my memoir, "Le Freak." I can't believe it's finally coming out. Every time I look at my sole copy, I feel the way I did when I got my factory test pressing of my first CHIC record.

Every CHIC record followed a pattern. I believe my life is following a pattern. I've never had it easy but I've always had it good - I love life regardless of how tough things get. Cancer, and everything that goes along with it, is testing my optimism.

I must remember that I've been tested many times before and somehow made it through. If you're reading this, the same is true of you. It's called living. Life is Strange.
