CHIC’S NILE RODGERS TALKS INFLUENCES AND DAFT PUNK ON NEW INTERVIEW

Chic’s Nile Rodgers is the latest artist to receive the royal treatment on this new Creators Project documentary.

Following the revealing interviews with fellow Daft Punk collaborators Todd Edwards and Giorgio Moroder, Rodgers gives a warm look back on his life with Chic and also what it was like to work with Daft Punk on their forthcoming Random Access Memories. Claiming that the finished album gave him the same feeling as hearing Donna Summer’s ‘Love to Love You Baby’ for the first time, Rodgers also gives us a sneak peak into the album by playing a riff live.

Admittedly it’s not much, but at this point we’ll take what we can get since it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to get to Australia for the release party.
